Returns & Exchange

If ANY reason you want to exchange or return your purchase, you can return it to us within 10 days after you received the item for a refund or exchange. But please make sure items are in mint condition and never been used. Used item will be rejected.

Please send us an email service@zvoof.com before you return your item to obtain the authorization code from us and send it to service@zvoof.com. This code is to facilitate the refund progress as it is to be identified by the warehouse workers for your return or exchange request.

 

Please DO NOT send back your item until we have e-mail you back with the appropriate address which is not the one displayed on your parcel. 

All items must in mint original condition, unworn and tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, are not be accepted.


 

We will notify you in 24 hours once we received your item, and will issue a refund once we received back the item in good condition. We will not accept any returns if item worn or washed. For return, the money will be credited back to your PayPal account/Bank account/Credit Card account ( depends on which payment you used on your original payment).

 

For exchange opted we will notify you once we received your items, and send you shipping fee invoice via PayPal for shipping the exchanged items to your country (only real shipping cost incurred will be charged). And let us know your new shipping address, or else we will ship to the original address you gave us during the original order.
